1. Paste the setup prompt
Click Copy setup prompt on roveflow.dev, then paste it into Codex or Claude Code. The agent installs Roveflow, loads therove skill, and checks the phone pipeline for you.
2. Choose and follow device onboarding
For an eligible iPhone, use the recommended Mirror mode and follow Apple pairing plus the Mac privacy prompts. Choose Advanced when you need standard WebDriverAgent semantics and repeatability, then connect and unlock the iPhone over USB. Android continues over USB debugging. Leave the setup task open. The agent tries each technical operation itself and shows exactly one action only when Apple requires your input. It verifies the result and continues from its saved checkpoint, including after a Mac app restart or iPhone reboot. Setup is complete after the health check, app discovery, and first screen inspection succeed.3. Choose an app and outcome
The agent lists the installed apps and asks what you want to do. Reply in plain English, for example:Use my phone to map this app’s sign-up, main action, and settings.In Claude Code you can also invoke
/roveflow:rove. Codex accepts the same request as ordinary conversation.
4. Get the result
Roveflow drives the app and saves evidence inroveflow-out/. A mapping task can produce screens, journeys, videos, and atlas.html. Automation, research, and audit tasks produce the output requested by the user instead of always building an Atlas.
